Refund policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and let us know what the issue is. Send us an email through our customer contact page and include pictures of the damage and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Once we receive your message, we will respond and make it right with a replacement of your items. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc.) is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
