Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your package in real time and know exactly when it will arrive. You can easily check the status of your order in your customer account or you can visit our track your order page.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Simply contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order confirmation, and we’ll replace your item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available. Your satisfaction is always our priority.

Our shampoo and conditioner bars are created with a premium syndet formulation—crafted with gentle, pH-balanced cleansing agents instead of traditional soap. This means they effectively cleanse without stripping natural oils, making them ideal for all hair types, including color-treated and sensitive scalps. Each bar is infused with nourishing, clean ingredients for a salon-level experience.
How do I use the shampoo bar?

Using your Fifi Champú bar is effortless:

  1. Wet your hair and the bar.
  2. Lather the bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp.
  3. Massage the luxurious foam into your hair.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and follow with our conditioner bar for the perfect finish.
How do I use the conditioner bar?
  1. Wet the bar and rub between your hands to activate a rich, creamy texture.
  2. Smooth through hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends.
  3. For extra nourishment, glide the bar directly over your strands.
  4. Rinse to reveal soft, silky hair.
How should I store the bars?

To extend the life of your bars (up to 60 washes per bar!), keep them in a dry, well-ventilated space between uses. A soap dish or container with drainage works best. Proper storage keeps your bars solid, fresh, and long-lasting.
What does “home compostable” packaging mean?

Our packaging is crafted from cassava, wood pulp, and beetroot film—making it 100% compostable, biodegradable, and PFAS-free. Simply add it to your home compost, and it will naturally break down into water and carbon dioxide. A beautiful wash day for you, a lighter footprint for the planet.
How are your products free from toxic ingredients?
